| 摘 要： | [背景]观察单纯结膜瓣移植治疗翼状胬肉的疗效.[病例报告]给42例76眼翼状胬肉患者施行手术切除胬肉后,用不带角膜缘干细胞的单纯结膜瓣移植覆盖手术区,观察术后角膜上皮恢复状况及术后复发率.术后随访时间平均为1年9个月,未见复发.[讨论]单纯结膜瓣移植为治疗翼状胬肉的有效方法.

| Abstract: | BACKGROUND To observe the therapeutic effects of transplantation of conjunctival flap for pterygium. CASE REPORTS Conjunctival flap grafts without limbal stem cell were performed in 42 cases 76 eyes of pterygium.The pterygium was resected in the operation,and the region of operation was covered with conjunctival flap without limbal stem cell,and the recovery of corneal epithelium and the ratio of recurrence were observed after operation.The periods of postoperative follow-up were 21 months,and no case of recurrence was found. DISCUSSION The transplantation of conjunctival flap is effective method on treating pterygium. |
