颅脑损伤健康教育课堂对健康教育效果的影响

摘    要:目的 探讨对颅脑损伤患者及家属开展健康教育课堂的干预效果.方法 选择2008年1-6月重型颅脑损伤患者50例为干预组,采用健康教育课堂对患者及家属进行健康教育;选择2007年6-12月同类患者50例为对照组,沿用病区传统的健康教育方式对患者及家属进行健康教育.比较2组对护理工作的满意度和健康教育效果.结果 干预组患者及家属对护理工作的满意度高于对照组,健康教育达标率高于对照组.结论 颅脑损伤健康教育课堂能提高重型颅脑损伤患者及家属对健康教育的满意度,提高健康教育效果,是一种值得推广的健康教育方法.

Influence of health education class about craniocerebral injury on the effects of health education
Abstract:Objective In order to know the effects of health education class about carniocerebral in-jury for sufferers and their family. Methods 50 patients with carniocerebral injury as intervention group were selected from Jan to Jun of 2008, while 50 matched cases as control group were selected from Jun to Dec of 2007. Health education class about camiocerebral injury was used in the intervention group, the tra-ditonal health education was used in the control group. Compared the satisfaction rate and the educational effects between the two groups. Results The satisfaction rate of nursing in the intervention group was significant higher than that of in the control group, the educational effects in the intervention group was bet-ter than that in the control group. Conclusions Health education class about eamiocerebral injury for sufferers and their family is a kind of proper mode, which can promote the educational effects.
