| 摘 要： | 目的探讨蛛网膜下腔出血(SAH)后血清、脑脊液(CSF)白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平变化及临床意义.方法用放免法检测32例不同病因、不同时期、不同病情SAH患者血清及CSF中IL-6水平变化,并与对照组比较.结果SAH后血清及CSF中IL-6水平比对照组明显升高(P＜0.05).CSF中IL-6水平比血清中高,IL-6升高与病情轻重和出血量多少有关.结论IL-6可作为观察病情及迟发性脑血管痉挛(CCVS)的指标.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the variation of interleukin 6 levels and its clinical significance (CSF) in patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH).Methods The IL 6 levels of serum and CSF in 32 patients with SAH and controls were measured by radioimmunoassay.Results The IL 6 levels of seurm and CSF in SAH group were significantly higher than those of control group ( P < 0.05 ).The levels of CSF IL 6 were higher than those of serum IL 6.The variations of IL 6 levels in serum and CSF were velated to disease severity and the volume of hemorrage.Conclusions The study indicates that the measurement of IL 6 levels in serum and CSF is very useful in determining disease severity and in observing delay cerbral vasospasm. |
