实施ISO9001标准 加强眼科病人安全防护

目的加强护理人员对眼科病人的安全管理。方法按照ISO9001质量管理体系标准要求，针对眼科病人存在的安全问题，制订加强安全管理的对策，把好关键过程的管理，建立三级监督机制等。结果提高了病人对护理工作的满意度和基础护理合格率；降低了院内感染发生率和差错发生率；提高了健康教育覆盖率和病人对健康知识的知晓率。结论实施ISO9001质量管理标准，建立防护措施、把好关键过程管理、实施监督控制是眼科病人安全防护的有效方法：

The practice of safety management for patients in the ophthalmology department based on the standards of IS09001 quality control system

Objective To strengthen the safety management for the patients in ophthalmology department.Methods Based on the standards of ISO9001 quality control system and aimed at the safety problems in the ophthalmology patients,the improvement countermeasures of safety management were made and carried out,such as focusing on key points in the process management and establishing three-level supervision system.Result This practice increased the patients' satisfaction and the qualified rate of basic nursing,reduced the hospital infection rate and nursing errors rate,improved the rate of health education and patients' master rate of health related knowledge.Conclusion It is proved to be effective means for patients in ophthalmology department to implement the standards of ISO9001 quality control system,take preventive measures,focus on key points management and strengthen supervision and quality control.
