诸暨市公共娱乐场所从业人员艾滋病健康教育效果评价

目的了解本市娱乐场所从业人员对艾滋病防治知识的知晓情况,评价健康教育的干预效果,探索适合公共娱乐场所从业人员预防和控制艾滋病的健康教育干预模式。方法采用整群抽样的方法,在市区的2家大型娱乐场所开展艾滋病防治知识的干预活动;自行设计调查表,对125名娱乐场所的从业人员进行干预前、后的问卷调查。结果从业人员关于艾滋病的知晓率,从干预前的77.97%提高到干预后的91.98%,两者有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论同时采用集中式讲座、播放宣传教育片、分发小册子等多形式,对娱乐场所从业人员进行艾滋病防治知识的健康教育是切实有效的干预手段。

Effectiveness Evaluation on AIDS Health Education to Employees in Public Entertainment Places, Zhuji City

Objective To understand AIDS prevention and control knowledge among employees in public entertainment places and assess intervention effectiveness, and to explore an intervention mode of AIDS prevention and control to employees in public entertainment places. Methods After cluster sampling, AIDS knowledge intervention was carried out in two large-scale public places. 125 employees were investigated by self-designed questionnaires before and after health education. Results The knowledge rate of AIDS prevention among employees increased obviously from 77.97% before intervention to 91.98% after intervention(P<0.01). Conclusion The effective intervention methods of AIDS prevention include health education lectures, TV program watching and publicizing brochure distribution etc. among the employees in public entertainment places.
