MRI弥散成像对脑缺血的诊断价值

目的评价磁共振弥散加权成像(DWI)表观弥散系数(ADC)和ADC图对脑缺血的诊断价值.方法30例脑缺血患者行DWI检查,其中急性和非急性脑缺血各15例,计算两组脑缺血病灶的ADC值,并进行组间比较.结果急性脑缺血病灶的ADC平均为0.42×10-3mm2/s,ADC图可见异常拟合的局部低信号.非急性脑缺血ADC值平均为1.40×10-3mm2/s,急性与非急性脑缺血组的ADC值和ADC图均有显著性差异(F一42.29,P＜0.01).结论结合病史ADC值能作出脑缺血的定量诊断,ADC值和ADC图可区分急性与非急性脑缺血.

The Diagnostic Value of Magnetic Resonance Diffusion Imaging in Cerebral Ischemia

Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of (DWI) apparent diffusion coefficient (ADC) and ADC map in diagnosis of cerebral ischemia. Methods Thirty patients with cerebral ischemia were scanned by MRI and diffusion-weighted images were acquired. The patients were divided into two groups:one was acute cerebral ischemia (n=15), and another was non-acute cerebral ischemia (n=15). The ADC value of the lesions in both groups were calculated and compared between them. Results The mean ADC value of acute cerebral ischemia foci was 0.42×10^-3mm²/s,and that non-acute cerebral ischemia group was 1.40×10^-3mm²/s.There were significant difference between two groups (F=42.29, P<0.01)in both ADC value and ADC map. Conclusion Combining clinical data both ADC value and ADC map could make the quantitative diagnosis of cerebral ischemia and distinguish the acute cerebral ischemia from non-acute cerebral ischemia.
