妇科体检人群隐私保护护理对策

目的探讨不同层次妇科体检人群对隐私保护的需要,提升妇科护理服务质量及体检者满意度。方法采用随机抽样法于2010年3月抽取妇科体检者400例视为改进前组,自行设计调查问卷对其进行调查,以了解其对隐私保护的需要及满意度,并针对调查结果进行相应改进;于2011年4月再次随机抽取妇科体检者400例视为改进后组,采用同样的问卷及方法进行隐私保护满意度调查,以了解其改进效果。结果改进前400例妇科体检者对隐私保护的需要(需要+较需要)依次为"保护隐蔽部位"(99.50%)、"保密病史病情"(97.00%)、"保守个人资料"(89.50%)、"维护私人空间"(87.25%);改进后400例妇科体检者对以上4个项目的满意度均较改进前有明显提升(P<0.05)。结论加强护理人员法制教育是提高其隐私保护意识的有力保证,保护身体隐蔽部位、注重体检报告细节管理以及尊重,并维护体检者私人空间等人性化护理服务,是满足不同层次妇科体检人群隐私保护需要的重要手段。

Privacy Protection Countermeasures for Population Receiving Gynecological Examination

Objective To investigate the needs of different levels of population who received gynecological examination in health examination center, and further optimize the service process of the needs so as to improve care quality and satisfaction. Methods The questionnaire was design by the study team, and 400 women were se- lected randomly as a group who sought gynecological examination in Health Examination Center in March 2010. We investigated their needs of care service, and improved relevant aspects according to the findings. Then a group with 400 women were selected randomly in Health Examination Center in April 2011 and made tracking surveys by ap- plying the same methods to get the results after privacy protection. Results In the 400 examinants in March 2010, the needs of privacy protection in turn were ＂secure the secret parts （99.50%）＂, ＂secure history and state of dis- ease （97.00%）＂, ＂secure personal materials （89.50%） ＂, ＂preserve individual space （87.25 % ） ＂. After improving care service according to their needs, the population＇ satisfaction had promoted significantly including the above four aspects （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Strengthening legal education is a guarantee to improve nurses＇ awareness of privacy protection. The secret parts security, medical reports management, personal space preservation, were important measures to improve examinants＇ satisfaction on privacy protection.
