Logistics Support Management in Military Hospital

The article put forward the policy of enhancing the management of hospital support which was based on the reality of the logistic construction in military hospital, in accounting of the condition of low efficiency in the logistic construction, especially the problems in the construction and management of hospital logistic support. The policy included： updating the management perception, strengthening the regulations and rules, optimizing the management methods, putting the information management into effect, and ensuring the synchronizing development of logistic support in military hospital and military modern logistic construction.
