| 摘 要： | 针对新药开发中常见的几个问题，如过分注重已有研究基础，忽视专利保护的可能性；选题思路局限，缺乏必要的换位思考；片面追求产品的类别高、功效全；轻视市场调研和有效市场的评价等。从研发与市场结合的角度，提出拓展选题思路的几点建议。

| Abstract: | Aiming at some common questions existing in the research and development of new drugs, such as (1)Emphasizing the basis of the research, neglecting the possibility of patent protection. (2)Lack of transpositional thinking when selecting programs. (3)In pursuit of comprehensive efficacy of the product. (4)Despising market investigation and effective market evaluation etc.and according to the combination of R&D and market, we put forward some suggestions to the researchers. |
