| 摘 要： | 对４０例妊娠高血压综合征患者和３０例正常孕妇进行了红细胞Ｃ＿３ｂ受体（Ｃ＿３ｂＲ）花环试验、免疫复合物（ＩＬ）花环试验及红细胞免疫粘附（ＲＣＩＡ）调节因子（ＲＣＩＡ促进因子和ＲＣＩＡ抑制因子）活性的测定。结果：妊高征患者Ｃ３＿ｂＲ花环率及ＩＣ花环率均低于正常孕妇（Ｐ＜０．０１），ＲＣＩＡ抑制因子活性明显高于正常孕妇（Ｐ＜０．００１）。提示：妊高征患者红细胞免疫功能原发低下。其原因可能与ＲＣＩＡ抑制因子活性增强有关。

| Abstract: | The rosette experiments on the cell receptor(C3bR)and imrnune complex(IC)and the determination of the activity of regulation factors of red cell immune adhesion(promotive and inhibitory factors)of RCIA were done in 40 cases of pregnancy-induced hypertension (PIH)syndrom and 30 normal pregnant women.It is concluded that both C3bR and IC rosette rates of the cases of PIH are lower than those of the normal pregnant women(P<0.01);the activity of RCIAinhibitory factors is higher than that of the normal(P<0.01).Note:the immune function of the cases of PIH are originally low,which may related to the incresing activeness of the inhibitory factors of RCIA. |
