子宫肌瘤患者雌激素水平和心理状况的相关性分析

目的观察子宫肌瘤患者的心理状况、雌激素水平及其相关性。方法选取44例子宫肌瘤患者及32例卵巢囊肿患者,利用焦虑自评量表(SAS)和抑郁自评量表(SDS)进行调查。结果子宫肌瘤组焦虑、抑郁评分与卵巢囊肿组无显著性差异;雌激素水平有显著性差异。SAS、SDS评分与雌激素水平无相关性。结论子宫肌瘤患者雌激素水平明显升高,并存在一定焦虑、抑郁症状,应积极开展心理干预。

Correlation analysis of estrogen level and psychological state in hysteromyoma patients

Objective It is to observe the psychological state and estrogen level of hysteromyoma patient and its correlation.Methods 44 hysteromyoma patients and 32 ovarian cyst patients were chosen.The survey was carried out with self-rating anxiety scale(SAS) and self-rating depression scale(SDS).Results There was no significant difference on anxiety score and depression score between the two groups,but there was significant difference on estrogen level between the two groups.The scores of SAS and SDS had no correlation to estrogen level.Conclusion The estrogen levels of hysteromyoma patients rise obviously and the patients have definite anxiety and depression symptom.So the mental intervention ought to be actively evolved.
