2004—2006年长江流域6城市抗肿瘤药物利用分析

目的评价长江流域6城市2004—2006年抗肿瘤药物利用情况。方法采用金额和用药频度排序法进行比较分析。结果2004—2006年6城市抗肿瘤药物用药总金额大幅增加,上海的用药金额在6城市中居首位,年均增长率达41.13%;抗肿瘤植物药用药金额在各亚类中居第一;紫杉醇、奥沙利铂和多西他赛交替出现在西药金额排名前3位,他莫昔芬始终居于西药DDDs排序首位;卡培他滨的金额和DDDs排序同步增长,来曲唑的DDDs排序明显提高;抗肿瘤中药金额与DDDs排序同步性较好,复方斑蝥的排序逐年上升,而康莱特逐年下降。结论长江流域6城市抗肿瘤药物用药呈现快速增长趋势,新型抗肿瘤药及抗肿瘤植物药有良好的应用前景。

Consumption analysis of hospital antineoplastic drugs in 6 cities along Yangtse River valley during 2004-2006

AIM To analyze the hospital antineoplastic drugs utilized in six cities along Yangtse River valley during 2004-2006.METHODS Consumption of antineoplastic drugs was analyzed by total financial expenditure and DDDs ranking.RESULTS The costs of antineoplastic drugs expenditure in all cities increased enormously during the forementioned period.Annual increasing rate of the cost in Shanghai has been the highest (41.13 %) .The consumption of antineoplastic vegetable drugs appeared to be ranked as the first of all subtypes. Paclitaxel,oaxaliplatin and taxotere were ahe(?)atively listed within the first top 3 according to the price,while tamoxifen was always listed at the top of DDDs.Both DDDs and cost of capeeitabine increased synchronizedly. DDDs position of letrozole went forward markedly.Antineoplastic traditional Chinese medicine showed rather good synchronization with their DDDs and price.However,it was widely different in other antineoplastie drugs, demonstrating some of them stepped down yeariy.Consumption of compound preparation of eantharudinate increased,but that of Kanglaite injection decreased year after year.CONCLUSION The antineoplastic drugs utilized in six cities alony Yangtas river presented in rapid increase tendency,especially those new types with higher efficacy and lower toxicity.
