| 摘 要： | HRP—TMB法研究了16只成鼠的面神经付核的中枢定位、细胞构筑和中枢神经元计数等问题。发现面神经付核为独立核团,位于面神经(主)核的背侧,贯穿延髓的上段与中段。核由大小两种神经细胞互相环抱网络而成。为了清晰显示标记神经核团与其周围神经核团的相互位置关系,作者建议将成色反应后的切片,投入中性红染液中复染。

| Abstract: | The central location, the celluar organization and the central neuronal counts of the accessory facial nucleus were studied is 16 adult albino rats, using a method of HRP-TMB. It has been found that the accessory facial nuoleus is a more independent one in comparison with the other subdivisions of the facial nucleus. It lays in a position dorsal to the portion of the main nucleus, extending the whole upper and middle part of the brain stem. The nucleus consists of big and small neurous. The authors hold the view that it is possible to get a more distinct relation among the adjacent central nuclei under the light microscope if the stained tissue sections are to be counter-stained in neutral red solution. |
