艾滋病患者不同脏器病变的超声表现

目的观察AIDS在全身各部位所表现出的不同的超声声像图特征。方法应用超声诊断技术，观察了51例临床确诊为AIDS的超声声像图表现。结果超声阳性发现多为肝脏肿大或回声异常，脾脏肿大或其内低回声和淋巴结肿大。可探及心包、胸腹腔浆膜腔积液，此时的浆膜腔积液的声像图与HIV阴性的结核积液有明显不同，且抗结核治疗有效。结论AIDS的淋巴结肿大和浆膜腔积液以结核性为主，超声的阳性发现与临床症状呈正相关。

The ultrasonographic manifestation in different organs of the patients with acquired immunodeficiency syndrome(AIDS )

Objective To observe manifestations of different ultrasonographic characters of AIDS in all the body.Method Using the ultrasonography,we examined the in-patients of 51 cases with clinic diagnosis AIDS of ultrasonographic manifestations.(Results The) enlargement or abnomal echo of the liver,the enlargement or hypoechoic of spleen and enlargement of lymph node were found.We could scan the effusion in pericardium,peritoneal and pleural.The ultrasonographic characters of Tuberculosis effusion with AIDS were great differences from these of patients with HIV negative.Conclusion It was almost Tuberculosis(TB) for lymph node enlargement and serosal effusion of patients with AIDS,and it was effective to give anti-TB therapy for the patients.The ultrasonographic characters were positive correlation with clinic symptoms.
