| 摘 要： | 在系统性红斑狼疮患者的甲皱中可见到非常明显的异常，表现为视野模糊，管袢减少，弯曲，呈螺旋状并分枝，排列紊乱，管经扩张，血流缓慢，袢顶部淤血，袢周有渗出及出血等。
