急性脑血管病与血脂关系的研究

目的：进一步探讨急性脑血管病与血脂之间的关系。方法：选择急性脑血管病人153例，其中脑梗死121例，脑出血32例；另选对照组病人78例，于清晨抽血检测脂蛋白A[Lp(a)]，氧化修饰低密度脂蛋白（ox-LDL），胆固醇（CH），甘油三酯（TG），高密度脂蛋白C（HDL-c)，载脂蛋白A(apoA)，载脂蛋白B（apoB)的含量。并予以比较分析。结果：脑梗死组TG较脑出血组及对照组升高（P＜0．05），脑出血组CH较脑梗死组及对照组降低（P＜0．05），其他各项指标3组比较无明显差异（P＞0．005）。结论：血中CH降低可能增加脑出血发生的危险性，TG升高可能增加脑梗死发生的危险性。
