| 摘 要： | 安坦治疗各型癫痫40例,总有效率82.5％,EEG有相应的改善,其中对大发作疗效较好,育效率87.1％。剂量4～12mg/d,成人一般不超过18mg/d为宜。副作用少,个别病人有口渴,眼干及一过性头晕。其作用机理可能与其对抗中枢介质Ach的作用,降低网状-丘脑及丘脑-皮质投射系统的兴奋性有关。

| Abstract: | Forty cases with different types of epilepsy treated with Antan are reported. The total effective rate was 82.5% with EEG improved. Especially the efficacy in the patients with grandmal epilepsy was better with the effective rate of 87.1%. The dose was 4-12mg/d. As to the adults, the dose was no more than 18mg/d, having less side effect. Some patients had the appearence of thirst, xerophthalmia or temporary dizziness. The mechanism of the drug might be related to the effect of anti-central mediate Ach, which might depress the excitability of the reticula-thalamsncephalon and thalamencephalon-cortical projection system. |
