| 摘 要： | 产前诊断食管闭锁原则上依赖两个非特异性的声像图征象:羊水过多、胃泡小或不显示.两个小样本研究结果 表明,羊水过多联合胃泡不显示诊断食管闭锁阳性预测值分别为44%和56%,只有不到10%的食管闭锁患儿在产前得到诊断.当前超声技术还不能明确诊断食管闭锁,所以遗传咨询时应谨慎.本文就近年来产前超声诊断食管闭锁现状与展望进行综述.

| Abstract: | The prenatal diagnosis of esophageal atresia (EA) relies on two nonspecific signs: polyhydramnios and absent or small stomach bubble. The combination of polyhydramnios and absent stomach bubble in two researches offered a modest positive predictive value of 44% and 56%, but only a few fetuses (<10%) were diagnosed definitely. Current ultrasound technology can not definitely diagnose EA, and therefore careful counseling of parents is necessary. Current status on the prenatal ultrasonographic diagnosis of EA was reviewed in this article. |
