| 摘 要： | 目的观察针灸、推拿配合口服中药治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法60例腰椎间盘突出症患者均采用针灸、推拿联合口服中药治疗。结果60例病例治疗后痊愈46例，好转8例，无效6例，总有效率为90.0％。结论针灸、推拿联合口服中药治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效显著，值得在临床上推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the clinical effect on prolapse of lumber intervertebral disc treated with acupuncture, massage in combination with internal application of Chinese herbs. Methods 60 cases were treated with acupuncture, massage in combination with internal application of Chinese herbs. Results Of 60 cases,46 cases were cured,8 cases improved and 6 cases failed. The total effective rate was 90.0%. Conclusion Acupuncture and massage in combination with internal application of Chinese herbs achieve significant therapeutic effect on prolaspe of lumber intervertebral disc and is worth to be promoted in clinical application. |
