神经症患者的持续性注意功能

目的:探索神经症患者持续性注意功能的特征。 方法:对34例神经症患者和37例志愿者进行持续性操作测验(continuous performance test,CPT)检查。要求受检者对视觉性靶刺激数字“7”作出反应。 结果:神经症组反应时间分测验的漏答率(md=10.00,2.50,P=0.000)、平均反应时间(md=474,304,P=0.000)和变异系数(md=43.08,32.63,P=0.000)都显著高于对照组;X和AX分测验结果与之相仿。各型神经症患者间CPT指标的差异均无显著意义。90项症状清单(Symptom Checklist 90,SCL-90)总分与X(Z=2.02,P=0.044)和AX(Z=2.47,P=0.014)分测验平均反应时间正相关。CPT指标与某些精神药物等效剂量之间无显著相关。 结论:神经症患者存在着某种程度的持续性注意障碍。

Sustained attention function in neurotic patients

AIM:To explore the features of sustained attention in neurotic patients. METHODS:Thirty-four neurotic patients and 37 normal volunteers were examined with continuous performance test(CPT),and all of the subjects were asked to react to figure" 7" ,which was taken for visual target stimulation. RESULTS:In reaction time task, the omission rate(md=10.00,2.50, P=0.000), mean reaction time(md=474,304,P=0.000) and variation coefficient(md=43.08,32.63,P=0.000) in neurotic group were significantly higher than those in normal controls;and the results in X and AX task followed a similar pattern.No significant difference was found in CPT parameters among sub-types of neurotic patients. The total scores of Symptom Checklist 90 were positively correlated with mean reaction time in X(Z=2.02,P=0.044) and AX(Z=2.47,P=0.014) task.No significant correlation was found between CPT parameters and amounts of equivalent dose of psychotropics. CONCLUSION:Dysfunction in sustained attention does exist in neurotic patients.
