铸造颌垫义齿在修复重度深覆颌患者上前牙缺失中的应用

目的观察铸造颌垫式义齿修复重度深覆颌患者上前牙缺失的临床效果。方法对28例重度深覆颌上前牙缺失患者利用铸造颌垫重建咬合关系进行义齿修复。结果除1例患者因金属过敏外，其余效果良好。结论该方法恢复咬合垂直距离，能预防并治疗因咬合垂直高度过低引起的颞下颌关节病变，是一种适用性强、经济、行之有效的修复方法。
