颞颧部皮肤固位结构的解剖及其在整形美容外科的意义

目的：探讨颢颧部皮肤固位结构及其在整形美容外科中的意义。方法：解剖10具经甲醛固定的成人尸头的颞部及颧部，用大体解剖的常规方法，逐层分离颞颧部皮肤、浅筋膜（包括脂膜与膜层）、深筋膜或骨膜，观察该处的固位结构及其与周围结构的关系。结果：颞颧部的固位结构主要由浅筋膜膜层在上颞线、颧骨缘和表面、眼轮匝肌深面形成，主要有颞部固位结构、颧骨眶部固位结构、眼轮匝肌外侧和下部固位结构。结论：上述皮肤固位结构的观察，为临床上研究颞颧部皮肤结构老化的机理和颞部及颧部老化矫正方法的改进提供了解剖学基础。

Clinical Significance and Anatomy of the Skin Retaining Structures- temporal and Zygomatic Areas

Objective:To investigate the significance of skin retaining structures of temple and malar regions in plastic and aesthetic surgery.Methods:Dissecting cadaver temple and malar regions in 10 adult cadavers,the skin retaining structures and their relationship to peripheral structures were observed and recorded by gross anatomy method through layer by layer.Results:Skin retaining structures are closely correlated with superficial fascia.These structures are mostly located at deep surface of the musculus orbicularis ocuii,the surface and rim of zygomatic bone,and the superior temporal line.They are the lateral retaining structure of musculus orbicularis ocuii,the inferior retaining structure of musculus orbicularis ocuii,the temple retaining structure,and the orbital part of zygomatic retaining structure.Conclusion:Skin retaining structures founded in this article can provide theoretical basement for skin aging in temple and malar region and modifying the temporal lifting method.
