| 摘 要： | 目的探讨明胶海绵对硬脊膜的影响,为临床合理应用提供依据.方法将明胶海绵置于狗的硬脊膜后,按不同时间取出,肉眼、光镜及电镜观察,并与硬脊膜的裸露部位进行比较.结果明胶海绵能引起严重的硬脊膜粘连,对椎管内容物有不良作用.结论明胶海绵可导致广泛的纤维瘢痕,应尽量避免用于椎管内手术. |

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the effect of glutin sponge to dura mater of spinal cord in dogs.Methods:The glutin sponge was put on dura mater of spinal cord of dogs and then taken off in various time after surgery,and the pathological change observed through naked eye,light microscope and electric microscope was compared with that of naked parts of dura mater.Results:Glutin sponge leads to serious spinal meningeal adhesions and has harml influence to the substances in vertefral canal.Conclusion:Glutin sponge can cause extensive fiber cars,and should not be used in the inner vertebral canal surgery. |
