彩色多普勒甲状腺火海征诊断甲状腺机能亢进特异性的探讨

目的 探讨彩色多普勒甲状腺火海征在诊断甲状腺机能亢进病中的特异性价值。方法 回顾分析71例彩色多普勒甲状腺火海征血流图像，观察甲状腺火海征在甲状腺机能亢进病组和非甲状腺机能亢进病组中显示情况，并结合患者性别和年龄进行分析。结果 在71例甲状腺火海征中，发生在甲状腺机能亢进病组中41例（57．41％），发生在非甲状腺机能亢进病组30例（42．2％）；甲状腺火海征的发生与患者的年龄、性别无关。结论 甲状腺火海征在诊断甲状腺机能亢进病中有重要价值，但不是其特异性表现。凡能引起甲状腺血管增生、扩张和血流加快的甲状腺慢性疾病都有可能出现甲状腺火海征。

Evaluation of Color Doppler Thyroid Inferno in Diagnosing Graves Disease

Objective To evaluate the Color Doppler thyroid inferno specificity in diagnosing Graves disease. Methods The Color Doppler thyroid inferno of 71 patients with and without Graves disease were analyzed retrospectively. Results Out of the 71 eases, the Color Doppler thyroid inferno was found in 41 eases with Graves disease and 30 eases without Graves disease ; thyroid inferno had no relationship with age and sex of the patients. Conclusions The Color Doppler thyroid inferno is very useful in diagnosing Graves disease, but it is not solely found in patients with Graves disease;Thyroid inferno may be found in thyroid disease with intrathyroidal vascular Hyperpasia,vaseular enlargement and increased flow.
