提上睑肌缩短加调整缝线术矫治上睑下垂(附44例54眼报告)

作者用提上睑肌缩短加调整缝线术矫治上睑下垂44例54眼,优良矫正率达88％(48眼)。本术的优点是简化操作,缩短手术时间,减轻患者痛苦;术中术后均能调整睑裂大小和形状,提高了一次手术成功率;增强医者和患者信心;拓宽了手术适应症。作者用具体事例阐明三个较新颖的观点:(1)调整缝线移用于提上睑肌缩短术能使上睑下垂的治疗效果显著提高;(2)提上睑肌缩短加调整缝线术对该肌肌力弱的病例也同样获得显效;(3)提出上睑下垂疗效评定标准的意见。

RESECTION OF LEVATOR PALPEBRAE SUPERIORIS WITH ADJUSTABLE SUTURES FOR BLEPHAROPTOSIS (with a report of 54 eyes in 44 cases)

In order to improve the effect of the levator resection for treating ptosis we developed a technique of resection of levator palpebrae superioris with adjustable sutures (RLPS with AS). 54 eyes in 44 patients were perfomed on with this method. Out of them 51 ptosises were congenital. 48 operated eyes (88%) were with excellent or good result. It was proved that the RLPS with AS has raised the rate of excellent result in ptosis surgery and its effect on the patients with poor levator function (as little as 4mm) was as good as on that with good one (5 to 8mm or more). A criteria for ptosis surgery effect was put forward in the paper.
