2007年南阳市艾滋病家庭内性传播感染情况分析

目的分析南阳市2007年确认艾滋病感染者中家庭内性传播感染情况,为制定有效的干预措施提供科学依据。方法对网络直报中感染途径为性传播者,进行个案流行病学调查。结果家庭内性传播者中63.54%为双方同时发现,先确认方以既往采供血和自述既往受血途径为主。结论开展监测及安全套的发放,早期发现感染者,提高安全套使用率,是阻断家庭内性传播的主要措施。
