芪蛭通络胶囊辅助阿司匹林对脑缺血再灌注损伤大鼠的影响

目的:探讨芪蛭通络胶囊辅助阿司匹林对实验性脑缺血再灌注损伤大鼠的作用及作用机制。方法:采用大脑中动脉阻断(MCAO)制备大鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌注模型,观察芪蛭通络胶囊辅助阿司匹林对模型大鼠脑组织超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、一氧化氮(NO)、Ca2+-ATP酶和Na+-K+-ATP酶及血清NO、神经生长因子(NGF)、血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)含量的影响,并对海马组织行病理学观察。结果:辅助用药较单纯阿司匹林治疗组能显著升高脑组织SOD活性,降低脑组织MDA含量,降低脑组织和血清NO含量(P0.05或P0.01),增加脑组织Ca2+-ATP酶、Na+-K+-ATP酶的含量及血清NGF和VEGF含量(P0.05或P0.01)。结论:芪蛭通络胶囊可有效促进脑缺血再灌注模型大鼠的恢复帮助阿司匹林减少缺血造成的损害,是一种有效的辅助药物。

Effect of Qizhi Tongluo Capsule Assisted with Aspirin on Cerebral Ischemia-Reperfusion InJury of Rats

ObJective: To study the effect and mechanism of Qizhi Tongluo Capsule assisted with aspirin on experimental cerebral ischemia-reperfusion inJury of rats. Method: The middle-cerebral-artery-occlusion(MCAO) was used to induce focal cerebral ischemia-reperfusion inJury model of rats. The content of superoxide dismutase(SOD),malondialdehyde(MDA),nitrogen monoxide(NO),Ca²⁺-ATPase,Na⁺-K⁺-ATPase in brain tissue and NO,nerve growth factor (NGF),vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in serum and hippocampus pathologic changes were observed to research the effect of Qizhi Tongluo Capsule assisted with aspirin. Result: Compared with using aspirin alone, the content of SOD in brain was increased and MDA in brain was reduced significantly by the combination use of Qizhi Tongluo Capsule and aspirin. Meanwhile, NO levels in brain and serum were reduced significantly(P<0.05 or P<0.01), Ca²⁺-ATPase,Na⁺-K⁺-ATPase in brain tissue and NGF,VEGF in serum were increased significantly(P<0.05 or P<0.01). Conclusion: It played a synergistic role in recovery that Qizhi Tongluo Capsule assisted with aspirin on cerebral ischemia-reperfusion model in rats, and it will be a beneficial assistance to reduce the damage of ischemic.
