| 摘 要： | 目的 :观察鸦胆子油乳剂胸腔内注射治疗恶性胸腔积液的疗效和副作用。方法 :对 5 8例恶性胸腔积液患者 ,采用胸腔穿刺或放置引流管排尽胸水后 ,胸腔内每次注入鸦胆子油乳剂 5 0～ 1 0 0 ml,隔 3日 1次 ,最多 4次为 1疗程 ,1月后观察疗效和副作用。结果 :鸦胆子油乳剂治疗恶性胸腔积液的有效率为 96.5 % ( 5 6/5 8) ,不良反应为发热 ( <38℃ )和轻度胸痛各 1例。结论 :鸦胆子油乳剂腔内注射治疗恶性胸腔积液疗效显著 ,副作用轻 ,值得进一步推广使用。

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the therapeutic and side effects of Brucea javanica oil emulsion (BJOE) in the treatment of malignant pleural effusion by thoracic injection . Methods: From April 1989 to March 2003, we have used BJOE to treate 58 cases of malignant pleural effusion . A dose of 50～100ml BJOE was injected intrapleurelly, once every 3 days, 4 times for a course of treatment, then the effects and side effects were observed after one month. Results: The effective rate was 96.5% (56/58). The side effects were fever(<38°C, 1 case) and slight thoracalgia (1 case). Conclusion: Brucea javanica oil emulsion has good curative effect and low side effect in the treatment of malignant pleural effusion . |
