重症挫伤性前房积血的中西医治疗

目的总结39例(40眼)重症挫伤性前房积血的治疗措施及疗效。方法对39例(40眼)0ksala分类三级者采用中西医综合治疗，对积血不易吸收或有可能发生角膜血染、视神经萎缩或虹膜周边全粘连，行前房穿刺冲洗术，对并发症给予对应治疗：结果14眼非手术疗法治愈，26眼行前房穿刺冲洗术，所有患者前房积血全部吸收，无一例发生角膜血染。结论重症前房积血给予恰当处理，必要时前房穿刺冲洗，可减少并发症，提高治愈率。

The treatment of severe contusive hyphema

Objective To summarize and analyse the therapeutic methods and their effects for eyes of severe contusive hyphema.Methods 40 eyes of stage 3 hyphema according to Oksala classification were treated with traditional Chinese medicine and/or western medical methods. For the patients with severe hyphema that was not easy to be absorbed or had the high possible of corneal blood staining,optic nerve atrophy,anterior peripheral synechia,paracentesis or anterior chamber washout was used.Results 14 eyes received conservative treatment and 26 eyes received surgical treatment. The hyphema was absorbed in all cases and no corneal blood staining was took place.Conclusion Appropriate treatments can effectively reduce complications and improve the successful rate in patients of hyphema.
