基于国医大师王琦体质分类学说论治慢性咳嗽

慢性咳嗽是呼吸内科常见疾病,治疗棘手。中医认为本病在病因病机上具有复杂性,虽为肺系病,却常涉及他脏,且多见虚实夹杂、内外合邪。体质是脏腑关系、阴阳平衡的综合体现,决定了本病在内伤、外感两方面的病机走向,使得其证候特点各异,采用“辨体-辨病-辨证”结合的诊疗模式可以更加有效地防治本病。文章以国医大师王琦院士体质分类学说为基础,借鉴古今多位医家诊疗思路,结合导师崔红生教授临床经验,探讨该病的中医治疗策略。

Discussion on treatment of chronic cough based on constitution classification advanced by Academician WANG Qi

Chronic cough is a common disease in respiratory medicine,for which treating is tricky. The cause and mechanism of the disease is complex in traditional Chinese medicine. Although it''s a lung disease,other organs are often involved,also with the existence of mixed deficiency and excess,or combination of internal and external pathogen. As the comprehensive embodiment of the relationship between viscus and balance of yin and yang,constitution determines the pathogenesis of the disease in terms of internal injury and exogenous factors,making its syndrome characteristics different. It is possible to adopt combination of "constitution differentiation-disease differentiation-syndrome differentiation" to get more effective control of this disease. Based on the constitution classification of Academician WANG Qi,a master of traditional Chinese medicine,and referring to the diagnosis and treatment ideas of physicians in ancient and modern times,combined with the clinical experience of Professor CUI Hongsheng,we discussed the prevention and treatment strategy of the disease.
