肝阳上亢证的血清学及细胞学研究

摘    要:探讨肝阳上亢证的血清钙、红细胞膜 ATP酶活性及胞内钙、钠离子浓度的变化。分成 3组 ,即肝阳上亢证组、肝肾阴虚证组及健康对照组。分别使用分光光度法测定血清钙 ,连续自动测定法检测红细胞膜 ATP酶活性 ,胞内 Na+ 、Ca2 + 浓度采用离子选择电极法测定。结果 ,肝阳上亢证组的血清钙与其它两组比较无统计学差异 ;红细胞膜 ATP酶的活性明显低于健康对照组及肝肾阴虚证组 ,而胞内 Na+、Ca2 +浓度则明显高于其它二组。红细胞膜内 ATP酶活性降低 ,而胞内 Na+ 、Ca2 + 浓度增高 ,可能是肝阳上亢证患者血管紧张度增高的病理机制之一。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the changes of serum calcium,the activity of erythrocytic membrane ATPase and main erythrocytic ion in liver Yang ascending syndrome(LYAS).Methods:We design three groups,which are LYAS group,deficiency of liver-yin and kidney-yin(DLKY) group,and normal control group in this study.Serum calcium is analyzed by spectrophotometry,erythrocytic membrane ATPase by successive artomatic method,main erythrocytic ion by ion-selective electrode.Results:The serum calcium contents in the three groups have no significant differences.The activity of erythrocytic membrane ATPase in LYAS group is more significantly decreased than that in DLKY group and normal control group.The erythrocytic sodium and calcium ion concentration increased more remarkably than the other two groups.Conclusions:Liver-Yang ascending syndrome possesses the characters of decreasing activity of erythrocytic ATPase and increasing erythrocytic sodium and calcium ion concertration.It suggested that the above results should be the physiopathologic mechanism of the increased vasotonia in LYAS patients.
