戊二醛,钙离子对红细胞与内皮细胞粘附的影响

摘    要:采用流室系统研究戊二醛、钙离子对红细胞与内皮细胞粘附的影响。流室中的流动是充分发展的一二维层流,能产生稳定的剪切应力。对粘附在内皮细胞上的红细胞(分别用10、90umol/ml的钙预处理过的红细胞;分别用0.2%、0.8%的戊二醋预处理过的红细胞)依次施加τ=0.1、0.2、0.4、0.5、1.0、1.5、2.0Pa的切应力作用2分钟,再分别对粘附的红细胞计数。实验表明(1)切应力越大,粘附的红细

Abstract:A flow chamber system, in which the flow is two-dimensional and fully developed laminar,was adopted in this study. We investigated the effect of glutaraldeyde, Ca2 the adhesion of RBCs to HUVEC monolayer at shear stress levels 0. 1, 0. 2, 0. 3. 0. 4,0. 5, 1. 0, 1. 5, 2. 0 Pa respectively for a period of 2 minutes. By realtime observation and recordation system conjoined to phase contrast microscope,we counted the number of adherent RBCs at those levels of shear stress. The results were: (1)RBCs pretreated with glutaraldehyde adhered to HUVEC less and washed out easier than that of control group did; (2)low dose of Ca2 increased the adhesion of RBCs, but high dose of Ca2 did not affect the adherence of RBCs.
