摘    要:本文研究了目前国内临床应用的血液灌流吸附剂--日本体活性炭的吸附性能,比较了包膜与未包膜的吸附效果,并与树脂吸附剂XAD-4作了比较,此外还对吸附特性进行了理论探讨。

Abstract:The adsorption ability of a spherical activated charcoal (SAC) made in Japan and recently used in China for hemoperfusion has been investigated. The adsorption ability of the uncoated spherical activated charcoal was compared with that of the coated SAC and that of XAD-4. The adsorption kinetics of sodium pentobarbital,VB,, and inulin onto the sperical activated cha'rcoal was discussed.
