摘    要:从猪神经元胞体和轴突中分离提取了神经细丝 (NF) ,对它们各自进行了电泳以分析其亚基构成并进行磷酸化程度定量分析 ,结果表明 NF分子由大中小三种亚基构成 ,胞体和轴突两种 NF的磷酸化程度存在显著性差异。这一方法将对阐明某些神经元退行性变疾病的机理提供有用的线索。

Abstract:Both neurofilaments (NF) isolated from the porcine neural cell bodies and axons were subjected to the analysis on their constitutional subunits by using electrophoresis and the quantified phosphate content respectively. The result showed that NF consisted of three subunits with three different molecular weight. There was significant difference in phosphate contents between the two NF. The method may offer helpful clues to clarify some degeneration diseases of the neural system.
