糖耐量减低对心脏结构及功能的影响

目的 确定糖耐量减低（IGT）患者心脏结构和功能的变化。方法 应用超声心动图和脉冲多普勒对21例IGT患者和30例正常人群的心脏结构和左室收缩及舒张功能进行观察。结果 排除高血压、心肌缺血和体重有关因素后，IGT患者心脏结构和左室收缩功能正常，而左室舒张功能降低。结论 左室舒张功能降低是IGT患者一个重要病理生理改变。

Effect of Impaired Glucose Tolerance on Cardiac Structure and Function

Objectives To determine the effect of imparied glucose tolerance (IGT) on cardiac structure and function. Methods The cardiac structure and left ventricular systolic and diastolic function of 21subjects with impaired glucose tolerance and 30 normal subjects were studied by echocardiography and pulsed Doppler.Results indicate that the cardiac structure and LV sysytolic function were normal,the LV diastolic function was impaired in subjects with IGT,independent of the role of hypertension,myocardial ischemia and body weight.Conclusions Impairment of LV diastolic function was an important physiopathologic change in subjects with IGT.
