Lean Six Sigma Management to Improve Patient Safety
Six Sigma management has been widely adopted in American hospitals since 2002. Four years later, lean management has become more and more popular in hospital too. Nowadays, some hospitals combine these two ways of management together, which results in ＂lean six sigma＂ management and whose adoption gradually become a trend to solve the problems of patient safety.
