摘    要:目的分析慢性牙周炎患者相同龈沟液样本中挥发性有机酸与牙龈卟啉单胞菌(Porphyromonas gingivalis,P.g)间的关系。方法应用高效毛细管电泳技术分析慢性牙周炎患者治疗前龈沟液中有机酸的浓度;应用多聚酶链反应(polymerase chain reaction,PCR)技术检测相同样本中牙龈卟啉单胞菌。结果慢性牙周炎患者龈下菌斑中牙龈卟啉单胞菌检出率显著高于牙周健康对照者;慢性牙周炎患者P.g阳性组龈沟液中丁酸与异戊酸浓度显著高于P.g阴性组。结论结果表明相同样本龈沟液中丁酸与异戊酸的表达与P.g的检出相关联,P.g是重要牙周致病菌

Relationship between volatile fatty acids in gingival crevicular fluid and Porphyromonas gingivalis

Abstract:Objective To analyze the relationship between the volatile fatty acids in gingival crevicular fluid (GCF) of patients with periodontitis and Porphyromonas gingivalis (P. g) . Methods GCF samples were taken from patients with periodontitis without treatment. The levels of fatty acids were analyzed by capillary electrophoresis and P. g was detected and analyzed by polymerase chain reaction (PCR). Results The detection frequencies of P. g in subgingival plaque of patients with periodontitis were significantly higher than that of healthy persons. It was observed that the concentrations of butyric acid and isovaleric acid in GCF of P. g positive group were significantly higher than those of P. g negative group. Conclusion The results confirmed the level of butyric acid and isovaleric acid in GCF were associated with the detection ofP. g , suggesting that P. g may be an important periodontal pathogen.
