摘    要:目的 探讨检测血清降钙素原(PCT)与超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平在诊断小儿急性呼吸道感染中的临床意义.方法 急性呼吸道感染组84例患儿(细菌感染组44例,病毒感染组40例),40例健康体检儿童为正常对照组,检测两组血清PCT与hs-CRP水平,并比较差异.结果 急性呼吸道感染组血清PCT与hs-CRP水平均显著高于正常对照组(P〈0.01);细菌感染组血清PCT与hs-CRP水平显著高于病毒感染组(P〈0.05);急性呼吸道感染患儿血清PCT与hs-CRP水平之间呈正性显著相关(P〈0.05).结论 测定血清PCT与hs-CRP水平对实验诊断儿童急性呼吸道感染具有重要意义.

Combined application value analysis of detecting serum levels of PCT and hs-CRP in children with acute respiratory tract infection.

Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical significance of detecting the serum levels of PCT and hs CRP in children with acute re spiratory tract infection (ARI). Methods The serum levels of PCT and hs CRP were detected in 84 patients (44 children with bacterial infec tion, 40 children with virus infection). The levels of these patients were compared with those of 40 healthy children. Results The serum levels of PCT and hs CRP in ARI group were significantly higher than those in the control group. The difference was statistically significant ( P 〈0.05 or P 〈0. 01 ). The serum levels of PCT and hs CRP in the bacterial infection group were significantly higher than those in the virus infection group. The difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0.05 ). The serum levels of PCT and hs CRP were actively correlated each other ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion The co detection of serum levels of PCT and hs CRP play an important role in diagnosing ARI in children patient.
