摘    要:目的 对核酸测序方法和荧光PCR法用于乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)分型检测的灵敏度、特异度和分型准确性进行比对分析.方法 核酸测序方法作为金标准与荧光PCR法检测结果进行分析,计算乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)分型检测的灵敏度、特异度和分型准确性.结果 200例样本中,金标准检测结果阳性78例;在这78例中,荧光PCR法检测结果阳性78例,荧光PCR法用于乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)检测的灵敏度为100.00%;金标准检测结果阴性122例,荧光PCR法检测结果阴性121例,荧光PCR法用于乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)检测的特异度为99.18%.荧光PCR法用于乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)分型检测的分型准确性为100%.荧光PCR法和金标准方法的分型检测结果,无统计学差异.结论 荧光PCR法具有高灵敏度、高特异度、防污染能力强、自动化程度高、速度快等优点,适合用于传染病监测和临床使用的乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)的分型快速检测.

The comparison test analysis of nucleic acid sequencing method and fluorescence PCR method for HBV genotyped.

Abstract:Objective To comare the sensitivity and specificity of the nucleic acid sequencing methods and fluorescence PCR method used for hepatitis B virus (HBV) points to the detection and classification accuracy. Methods The sensitivity, specificity and classification type of calculating HBV type were calcualted by nucleic acid sequencing method and fluorescence PCR methods. Results 200 eases of samples, 78 cases are positive according to gold standard test result. In the 78 cases, result of 78 cases by fluorescence PCR deteetion method were positive. The sensitivity of fluorescence PCR method used for hepatitis b virus (HBV) detection is 100.0%. 122 cases are negative according to gold stand ard test. In the 121 cases, result of 121 cases by fluorescence method of PCR test were negative. The specificity of fluorescence PCR method used for hepatitis b virus (HBV) detection was 99.18%. Fluorescence PCR method used for hepatitis b virus (HBV) points of the type testing a pre dictive accuracy of 100% for the parting. No statistical difference was found by 4 cases table chi square fluorescence PCR method and the method of the gold standard of classification test results. Conclusion Fluorescent PCR method has high sensitivity, high specificity, prevention pollution ability strong, high degree of automation, speed and other advantages, suitable for infectious disease monitoring and clinical use of hepatitis B virus (HBV) in the parting fast detection.
