高通量血液透析与常规血液透析治疗慢性尿毒症患者的疗效对比

摘    要:目的 对比分析高通量血液透析与常规血液透析治疗慢性尿毒症患者的疗效.方法 将82例慢性尿毒症患者随机分为观察组(n=41)与对照组(n=41),前者接受高通量血液透析,后者接受常规血液透析.对比观察两组疗效和不良反应.结果 ①观察组患者治疗前后血清全段甲状旁腺激素、β2-微球蛋白、血磷的下降率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).两组患者治疗前后血清尿素氮、肌酐的下降率相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).②观察组不良反应发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 高通量血液透析治疗慢性尿毒症患者具有疗效确切、不良反应发生率低等优点.

Abstract:Objective To compare the therapeutic efficacy of high flux hemodialysis with conventional hemodialysis in treatment of pa- tients with chronic uremia. Methods A total of 82 cases of chronic uremia were randomly divided into observation group ( n = 41 ) and control group ( n = 41 ), and patients in former group received high flux hemodialysis, while patients in latter group were given with conventional hemodial ysis. Results (1) Before and after treatment, the rate of decrease in serum intact - parathyroid hormone ( iPTH), β2 - microglobulin ( 2 - M) and phosphorus (P) in observation group was significantly higher than that of control group ( P 〈0.05). There was no significant difference in rate of decrease in blood urea nitrogen (BUN) and creatinine (Cr) between observation group and control group. (2)The incidence of adverse reac tions in observation group was significantly lower than that of control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion In comparison with conventional hemodial ysis, high flux hemodialysis in treatment of patients with chronic uremia shows better therapeutic efficacy in reducing macromolecules and lower in cidence of adverse reactions.
