| 摘 要： | 目的:亚甲蓝分光光度法是测定消毒食(饮)具中十二烷基苯磺酸钠残留量的国家标准方法之一,但其实验操作步骤复杂,需要进行多次萃取,繁琐耗时,试剂用量大。本法以简化操作步骤、改进实验方法为目的。方法:经过多次试验,可以使用125 m l分液漏斗,一次性完成萃取和洗涤步骤,直接取有机相进行比色分析。结果:本法相对偏差小于3%(n=10),回收率范围91%~100%,经t检验,本法所测定的结果与国标法所测定的结果无显著性差异。结论:本法简便、快速、准确,值得推广应用。
