| 摘 要： | 报告４ｌ例巨大空间隔缺损的手术治疗。室间隔缺损直径１５ｍｍ～３６ｍｍ。计有伴主动脉瓣脱垂及关闭不全８例，单纯主动脉瓣脱垂４例，右室流出道梗塞９例和中重度肺动脉高压１３例。无一例手术死亡。就混合型空间隔缺损、合并主动脉瓣病变及肺动脉高压的处理进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | urgical treatment for the big ventricular septal defects in 4 l patients was reported.The di-ameter of the defects was from l5mm to 36mm in the patients. The complications of ventricularseptal defect were associated with aortic valve prolaps and aortic valve insufficiency in 8 patients,simple aortic valve prolapse in 4,obstruction of right ventricular outlet in 9 and moderate or se-vere pulmonary hypertension in l 3.None of these patients had operative death.SurgicaI treat-ment of mixed ventricular septal defects,aortic valve deformities and pulmonary hypertensionwas discussed. |
