藏药松石丸对大鼠实验性肝纤维化中某些生化指标的影响

目的:研究藏药松石丸对实验性肝纤维化大鼠的影响。方法:SD大鼠90只随机分为正常对照组、模型组、阳性药对照组和松石丸高、中、低剂量组,用40%四氯化碳(CCl4)复制大鼠肝纤维化模型。造模次日起,以松石丸高、中、低剂量和联苯双酯滴丸灌胃连续给药42d,除正常组对照外,各组均饲以高脂饲料。末次给药后分别检测肝脏羟脯氨酸、肝胶原蛋白和血清中血脂的含量。结果:各组的肝脏羟脯氨酸、肝胶原蛋白含量明显低于模型组(P<0.01、P<0.001);各组血清中总胆固醇、甘油三酯含量均有所降低,其中松石丸高、中剂量组与模型组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:松石丸可能对大鼠实验性肝纤维化有疗效。

Influence of Song-shi Capsules on Biochemical Criteria of Experimental Hepatic Fibrosis in Rats

OBJECTIVE:To study the influence of Song-shi capsules on the biochemical criteria of experimental hepatic fibrosis in rats for the purpose of providing support for clinical treatment.METHODS:SD rats were randomized into the control group,the model group,the positive control group and the Song-shi capsules group of high,medium,low dosages.A hepatic fibrosis model on rats was set up with CCl4(40%).From the 2nd day of modeling,the groups were given through gastrogavage Song-shi capsules of high,medium,low dosages,as well as Bifendate guttae,for 42 consecutive days;and except for the control group,all other groups were fed with high-fat fodders.After the last administration,the contents of Hydroxyproline and Collagen in the livers,and the content of blood fat in the serum were identified.RESULTS:The contents of Hydroxyproline and Collagen in all groups were obviously low than those in the model group(P<0.01,P<0.001);the contents of TCH and TG in serum of all groups decreased,with a significant difference seen between the Song-shi capsules group of high,medium dosages and the model group(P<0.01).CONCLUSION:Song-shi capsules might have marked curative effect on experimental hepatic fibrosis in rats.
