摘    要:目的探讨异丙酚、硫贲妥钠、安氟醚、异氟醚对肿瘤手术患者细胞因子IL-8、IL-10水平的影响,以筛选出能有效抑制创伤性炎症反应的全身麻醉药物,为临床麻醉合理用药提供理论依据.方法48例拟行肿瘤手术患者对本研究知情并同意后分为4组,分别为A组(异丙酚)、B组(硫贲妥钠)C组(安氟醚)、D组(异氟醚),分别于麻醉前5 min及手术结束后24 h抽取外周静脉血,检测IL-8、IL-10含量 .结果术后24 h血清IL-8含量显著高于麻醉前5 min(P<0.01), 术后24 h,A组较B、C、D组血清IL-8含量低,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).术后24 h血清IL-10含量显著高于麻醉前5 min(P<0.01), 术后24 h,A组较B、C、D组IL-10含量高,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论麻醉药物异丙酚能抑制IL-8的分泌,促进IL-10的分泌,是抑制创伤性炎症反应较好的麻醉药.

Abstract:Aim: To investigate the effects of propofol,thiopental,enflurane, and isoflurane on cytokine IL 8,IL 10 in traumatic inflammatory response for chosing an optimal anesthetics which suppress the traumatic inflammatory response provide the theoretical warranty in clinical. Methods: Forty eight patients undergoing tumor surgical operation were divided into four groups as group A(propofol),group B(thiopental),group C(enflurane)?and group D(isoflurane).The blood samples were taken from peripheral vein in 5 minutes before anesthesia and 24 hour after operation. The contents of IL 8,IL 10 were measured. Results: The concentration of IL 8 24 hours after operation was higher than that of 5 minutes before anesthesia ( P <0.01), the concentration of IL 8 24 hour after operation in group A was lower than those of group B,C,and D. Conclusion: Propofol can modulate the production of IL 8, and acts as a better anesthetic.
