牙隐裂伴牙髓急性病变98例疗效观察

目的：探讨牙隐裂伴牙髓急性病变的临床治疗方法及观察修复后1年疗效。方法：对98例隐裂牙伴牙髓急性病变患牙在有效防裂措施下，随机分为2组，A组一次法根管治疗患牙46例，观察1周后冠修复。B组常规法根管治疗52例，观察1周后冠修复。对根管治疗后1周进行疼痛评价，修复1年后进行的临床疗效评价。结果：A组、B组隐裂牙根管治疗术后疼痛患者分别为9例（19．6％）、6例（11．5％），无统计学差异。两组修复后1年成功例数分别为39例（84．8％）、43例（82．7％），差异无统计学意义。结论：牙隐裂伴牙髓急性病变经根管治疗后冠修复，，J缶床效果良好，一次法根管治疗、常规根管治疗对牙隐裂伴牙髓病的治疗无统计学差异。

Clinical treatment and curative effect observation of cracked-teeth in 98 cases

Objective To explore the effect after complete coronal the treatment of cracked teeth with restoration one year later. Methods curative effect observation and First,to divide 98 pulp-diseased cracked teeth into two groups.Second, to treat the group A （46 teeth） with one-time root canal filled therapy and coronal restorationafter one week, while group B including 52 teeth was treated by traditional root canal filled therapy and coronal restoration after one week.To do the pain assessment for one week after the root canal therapy, and the clinical evaluation of coronal restoration after one year. Results After the root canal filled therapy, the pain reactions of group A and group B were 19.6% （9 teeth） and 11.5%（6 teeth）,respectively, however there was no significant difference between two groups. There was no significant difference in success rate between group A （84.8%, 39 teeth） and group B （82.7%, 43teeth）. Conclusion Coronal restoration after root canal is a very effective way to treat pulp-diseased cracked teeth. There was no significant difference between one-time root canal filled therapy and traditional root canal filled therapy in treating cracked teeth with pulpal diseases.
