口腔种植体龈沟液中内毒素水平检测及意义

目的探讨龈沟液内毒素含量的变化及与种植体周围炎的关系。方法选择健康种植体88例，种植体周围炎12例，健康牙100例，鲎试剂光测定法检测种植体周、牙周龈沟液内毒索含量；同时检查各自的临床指标牙龈出血指数及探诊深度。结果健康种植体龈沟液内毒素含量在1周内含量最高，1个月后逐渐稳定；种植体周围炎龈沟液内毒素含量高于健康种植体高于健康牙。结论口腔种植体较健康牙更容易发生种植体周围炎，需要患者注重口腔卫生保持。

Levels of endotoxin in peri-implant crevicular fluid

Objective To study the levels of endotoxin in peri-implant crevieular fluid （PICF）,and the relationship with in- flammatory degree around the implants through examing the contents of endotoxin in PICF around the peri-implant and teeth. Methods we selected 100 cases of dental implants and 100 teeth,optical measurement of tachypleus amebocyte lysate to exam the levels of endotoxin in gingival crevicu!ar fluid, at the same time,we check the gingival bleeding index and probing depth. Re- stilts It was the highest levels of endotoxin in healthy dental implants crevicular fluid is about one week later after implant sup- ported single crown,and it was steady after one mouth;the contents of endotoxin in PICF was higher than which in healthy dental implants. Conclusion Dental implants can be more easy to get infected ,which needs be more attention to maintain oral hygiene.
