| 摘 要： | 目的探讨提高鼻内镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎、鼻息肉疗效的方法。方法对经鼻内镜手术治疗，术后随访6个月以上620例患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果治愈464例（74.8％），好转125例（20．2％），无效31例（5．0％），总有效率95.0％。结论鼻内镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎，鼻息肉具有良好的疗效。认真的术前准备，准确熟练的手术操作和严格的术后随访是提高治愈率的重要保证。

| Abstract: | [Objective] To study the curative effect of endoscopic sinus surgery (ESS). [Methods] The clinical data of ESS on 620 cases of chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps were retrospectively analyzed, and all the cases followed up over 6 months. [Results] 464 cases (74.8%) were cured, 125 cases (20.2%) improved, 31 cases(5.0%) ineffective. The effective rate was 95.0%. [Conclusions] ESS is effective in the treatment of chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps. The careful preparations for the operation, the excellent surgical skills and a regular follow-up after operation are important ellements for the effective treatment. |
