顺铂和卡介苗交替灌注预防膀胱癌术后复发

目的：观察顺铂（PDD）和卡介苗（BCG）化学免疫预防膀胱癌术后复发的疗效。方法：88例浅表性膀胱癌术后患者分为两组：（1）PDD和BCG交替组44例，PDD 60mg和BCG 60mg，每周1次进行交替膀胱灌注，共灌注12次，以后每1个月交替灌注1次，持续2年；（2）BCG组44例，BCG 120mg每周膀胱灌注1次，连续6次，以后每1个月1次，持续2年。结果：随讠－7年，平均4年，PDD和BCG交替组复发率为9．1％，BCG组复发率为25％，两组比较差别有显著性意义（P＜0．05）。结论：PDD和BCG交替膀胱灌注预防治膀胱癌术后复发优于单用BCG灌注。

CLINICAL EFFECTIVENESS OF INTRAVESICAL INSTILLATION WITH PDD AND BCG FOR PREVENTION OF POSTOPERATIVE RECURRENCE OF BLADDER TUMOR

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of intravesical instillation with PDD and BCG for prevention of postoperative recurrence of bladder tumor.Methods:88 patients with superficial bladder cancer were divided into two groups.44 patients as test group received postoperative intravesical instillaton of 60mg PDD and 60mg BCG in turn once a week for 12 weeks.Another 44 patients received psotoperative intravesical instillation of 120mg BCG once a week for 6 weeks.Then all patients received intravesical instillation every one month for 2 years.Results:All patients have been followed up for 2 to 7 years,with an average of 4 years.The recurrent rate is 9 1% in the test group and 25% in the control group.The efficasy is better in test group than in control group( P <0 05).Conclusion:Intravesical instillation of PDD and BCG in turn appears to be more effective for reducing postoperative recurrence rate of bladder tumor than BCG alone.
