| 摘 要： | 目的：研究筛选颈肩腿腿一贴灵基质的最佳配比，方法：用正交实验法以粘着力为指标对颈肩腿腿一贴灵基质配比进行实验研究。结果与结论：PA－MC－1，高岭土，油脂的配比是90：10：0．5为最优，并以该基质加入中药提取物制成颈肩腿腿一贴灵的中药巴布剂，其性适度，展性，保湿性均良好，经临床验证，对皮肤无刺激性与过敏性，且疗效显著耐久。

| Abstract: | Objective: To choose the optimum host proportion for Neck-Shoulder-Waist-Leg paste. Methods: Orthogonal test was used with the adhesion force as the index. Result and Conclusion: The optimum proportion of PA-MC-1, kaolin, lipa is 90∶10∶0.5, and join extracts of Chinese traditional medicine (CTM),then make into CTM Poultice of Neck-Shoulder-Waist-Leg paste, its viscosity moderate, spread-stretchability and moist-proof quality are very good. It has been proved to be no irritate and allergy to skin in clinic, and the curative effect is obvious and endurance. |
