| 摘 要： | 目的]了解流行性腮腺炎(腮腺炎)的流行特征,探讨流行规律,为制定切实有效的预防控制策略提供依据。方法]对青岛市市北区2004~2008年腮腺炎疫情资料进行分析。结果]2004~2008年合计报告腮腺炎636例,年均发病率为24.66/10万。发病率(/10万),2004年为25.57,2005年为17.39,2006年为38.58,2007年为29.57,2008年为12.33。年均发病率(/10万),男性为28.91,女性为20.38;0~2岁为65.85,3~6岁为650.26,7~9岁为422.28,10~14岁为309.59,≥15岁为6.27。全部病例中,4~7月发病的占51.26%,学生、托幼儿童分别占50.16%、35.22%。结论]2004~2008年青岛市市北区腮腺炎发病率较高。
